The WORST Etsy experience I have ever had. After buying this item the seller conatcted to say item had been posted but was DAMAGED. Seller posted a ‘bonus free’ (very tiny) box to make up for the damage. The seller also offered a refund if I was not comfortable with this. The item arrived with considerable damage. The damage was not shown in the item images or in the description. I contated the seller for a refund & was refused, the seller sugesting I had buyers remorse and had made out the damage to be worse than it was. I opened an Etsy case against this seller and Etsy…
