Hi Merisca, sorry to see this review, my first negative review in 9 years of business on Etsy 🙁 I’m sorry if my communication over the busy Xmas rush was a bit unclear to you & also now sorry for the postal delay. As indicated to you, I took 5 days off work over Dec holidays, so my processing time was a few days extra and your order was shipped in January. I did communicate this to you and warned you the post has been delayed this year because of the holiday backlog and I gave you the opportunity to cancel your order before I shipped it, if you were not willing to wait, but you told me to ship the parcel anyway, knowing it could take a few weeks to arrive – so I think this review is a little unfair. But ok, here it is, and so be it. I am sure your order will arrive soon. Regards Vikki
