The seller was very nice and we were able to come to a resolution and refund rather easily, but my items were not finished or shipped in time for my wedding party gifts. The seller said they had shipped, but I never received shipping information past a label being created, or a package. I had to send my sister out the night before my wedding to buy different gifts as I was promised they would arrive in time but obviously did not. Sad, because they look like a beautifully handmade product. I would caution to leave lots of extra time for delivery and explicitly state the date you need them shipped as well as received to save you the added stress close to your wedding.
