To be fair, the item is fine. However, the lady who created it was not too kind in explaining why I would not receive it on time for my daughter’s birthday (a few days later), unless I were to pay Canada Post some extra for special delivery.
Actually, I had no problem with her explanation as such, but her ‘tone’ was far from amicable, and quite inappropriate for someone who hopes to add a new customer to her list. Consequently, I am not planning to order again from ClearWaterDesigns in the foreseeable future.
