Very disappointed – said ceramic but it was plastic egg with a wrapper of blue partern stuck onto it. I felt really cheated as cost was on par for other genuinely ceramic eggs. Feel this was unfair and untruthful advertising.

I would like to clear up some misconceptions regarding these eggs… First of al, these eggs are light weight ceramic and not plastic. I have an invoice from my supplier. Secondly, I am surprised this review expressed “disappointment “ a month after the item was received and after Easter. This is first I’m hearing about it. If anyone would like further clarification on these items, please contact me.

Shipped on time but looks nothing like the picture. Ugly and dissatisfied

We were very shocked by this review and reached out to the customer without success. The carrier arrived prior to when it was scheduled to ship. It also looked almost identical to the listing photos, but with different custom text of course. We even posted photos of this customer’s item on social media prior to shipping it because we LOVE using our truck graphic. It was a hit like always! Who doesn’t love an old truck on a rustic and ruggedly wonderful beer tote. Maybe the review was for another purchase elsewhere? Unfortunately, unless we hear back from the customer we will never know.

It is not very sturdy, not safe with full growlers.

Wow, this was unexpected & I wish the customer’s gift recipient would have sent the customer photos to then send us to explain why they thought the carrier would not hold 14 lbs (two full growlers). I do know that all of our caddies can handle 130 lbs. I may have done beer safety tests by standing on them to insure structural stability. I care about beer/wine & would never put it in danger. Each caddy uses 28 1.5″ staples that cross each other for added stability. The quantity of metal per caddy is actually more than what is used for a stud in a wall. Like all items, this item was inspected 5 times & needed a tiny bit of divider sanding to pass my inspection. I know I can only take items apart with serious hammer abuse & would appreciate any additional information. I don’t want beer wasted!

This was seriously delayed and I got a lot of excuses why. Response time to the issue was also very slow. Quality was ok but with so much competition for a product like this I would look elsewhere.

I tried very hard to make this customer happy. However, I knew this review would be coming even before I shipped the item. -Order actually shipped late but arrived early. It took 12 business days total to receive the item & the customer purchased 10 day shipping which I upgraded for free. -A less expensive listing purchased & a custom logo was submitted. I didn’t charge extra to support the “holiday spirit” -Free graphic upgrade, printed on 2 instead of 1 end -Free set of coasters with the customer’s logo included as a gift My custom ink printer went down which caused delays while I waited for parts. I was transparent & did my best to work with her while completing other non-ink orders. Maybe she didn’t realize all I did since the package wasn’t shipped to her. I tried my best.

Horrible! This came three days late. It was a custom order , but the problem is that here I was waiting for this gift to arrive . Theee days late I open it to see that there was no custom order on it. It was sent with the name that was on the example!!! After the fact that I had several conversations with the seller before this was ordered! And the mistake was even made AFTER doing on the specifics that she asks to be done when ordering . I can’t seem to get a response back either . So I guess the last person who had the same thing with getting a response was correct. Extremely helpful until the money has been posted then no contact! I’m very disappointed and now have a horrible looking caddy that has someone else’s name on it ! No thank you! I’m looking forward to seeing how this is resolved.

I spent 3 hours pre-order figuring out a graphic & a different item with a longer lead time & graphic was ordered. I made a new graphic, shipped the item early & paid extra out of pocket for 2 day shipping for 2/12 arrival. The package was delayed in transit arriving 2/16. The graphic did have an error I missed due to a corrupt file printing. I have a 0.03% error rate & missed a mistake. I apologized, offered a replacement & gift. She accepted but accused me of using fiberboard, fully painting my items & wanted a 100% custom graphic from a picture she took. In the end I asked for the item to be returned for a full refund. I can’t send a new wood item if she thinks it isn’t stained wood nor hire a designer for a custom graphic. Due to unjustified insults I chose not to engage with message responses.

Do not order from this shop.

My bottle opener never opened bottles. I contacted the shop owner requesting a new bottle cap opener due to what I believed was a faulty bottle opener & I was told several times that she “sent” a replacement yet never received it. Horrible customer service and quite frankly a waste of my money because I never received a working product. Find another shop who does the same thing. You’ll thank me.
