I’m sorry that your Ring Sizer was lost in the mail. Unfortunately, I have no control over the mail system. I did provide you with a full refund. I have shipped over 670 orders all over the world & this is the 1st package that I’ve shipped within Canada that has ever been lost. I have only had 1 other package go missing & it was stolen in Mexico. I do not have issues with shipping in Canada or elsewhere.
