I’m sorry that the Pearl came un glued from it’s post.I used the same jeweller’s epoxy that I use with all of my jewelry. I have never had an issue with it. Both earrings were in tact when I sent them. It is possible that your sister got her fingernail caught between the pearl & the backing. I did offer to re-glue it for you free of charge. A simple fix. Your sister would only have to ship the 1 earring back to me. A small cost for a 6mm pearl. You decided that mailing the Earring back to me was too much trouble for a 17 yr old.You asked me instead to send her another pearl. I have no more in stock.There are 85 5 star reviews below to back up my professionalism & craftsmanship. I gift wrapped these earrings & wrote a lovely card free of charge. If you do not allow me to fix the Earring how do I resolve this for you?
